The mexican developer, Inmobiliaria Brom, built this office and medical complex with 114,000 square foot and the tenants have been started to move in.
Other new tenants are Nexsys International, L.C., Morales Law Group and Dolce Living Investments. The nine-story building is located at 21500 Biscayne Boulevard and also features a 457 parking garage and a 20,000-square-foot jogging trail on the garage’s roof.
