New Sunny Isles Beach condo tower Muse will include unit sculptures

Muse

The new oceanfront Sunny Isles Beach condo tower, called Muse, is a 47-story, 68-unit narrow building.
Will be located at 17141 Collins Avenue and plan to included sculptures by Albanian-born artist Helidon Xhixha in each unit.
The project designed by architect Carlos Ott will be constructed in less than one acre and will have 100 feet of oceanfront.
New York-based Property Markets Group with co-developer S2 Development of Aventura bought the lot area in 30 million dollars last September.

The 649-foot-high building will have large two bedrooms units starting at 2,360 square feet and two plenty floors of Penthouses of 5,800 square feet with five bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.
Muse
Most of the floors will have two units and the range of prices start at US$1,000 to $2,000 a square foot.
The skyscraper is set to launch sales soon and begin construction from June 2014
