The Muse condominium is a 68-unit project under construction at 17141 Collins Avenue, in front of the idyllic South Florida beaches just in the hearth of the city of Sunny Isles Beach.

The ambitious project is being designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott and executed by Sieger Suarez and co-developing by Property Markets Group and S2 Development, who obtained a $133.7 million construction loan.
The 649-foot tower will offer units from 2,360 square feet to 5,800 square feet, with 2 to 5-bedrooms, spacious balconies, summer kitchens, weatherproof entertainment systems and panoramic ocean and intracoastal views.
