PRICING

Percentage of the Rent

Our fees can be a percentage of the rent usually from 5% to 7% depending on the services that you need

Hybrid

Hybrid service is where we charge a percentage of rent for monthly management, and then you have other value-added services with set prices. That way, we only charge extra when you need that service. Example of this are obtaining a short term rental license will be an extra service that you can add on and pay only once, or for each renewal period
