Alex Rodriguez, Yankees third baseman, is selling his luxury condo in Mei Condominiums of Biscayne Bay, for $3.2 million dollars, less than six months ago the New York star paid $2.1 million for the condo. We can not forget he sold his masion with a report of 15 million profit six months ago.

Rodriguez commissioned renowned designer Briggs Edward Solomon, to completely renew the three-bedroom, four-bathroom stunning condo, using whitewashed-modern design and applying hardwood flooring, contemporary finishes and walls of glass overlooking the Atlantic.

A-Rod will earn more than 1 million dollar in less than six month of work in the property. He is know as a very succesfull bussiness man who makes over $20 million a year from non-baseball sources.
